Terms of Service.

Last updated: May 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you engage CraftedPages (CraftedPages) to design, build, or maintain a website. CraftedPages is a one-person studio run by Bowei Wu. A signed proposal or accepted quote incorporates these terms by reference.

Scope and deliverables

Each engagement is fixed in scope to the plan chosen (Starter, Business, or Growth) plus any agreed add-ons. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Revision rounds follow the plan you selected.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Growth projects can be split in three. Invoices are due within 14 days. I may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final code, content, and domain outright. There is no lock-in. I only reference client work publicly where permission and claim details are confirmed in writing.

Warranties and limits

I deliver work to professional standards, but I do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, rankings, or sales. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
