This site is operated by CraftedPages (CraftedPages), a one-person UK web design studio run by Bowei Wu. You can contact me at hello@craftedpages.agency.
What I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect the name, business name, email, optional phone number, attribution fields from the page you came from, and anything you type into the brief. I use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare your proposal.
Cookies and analytics
I use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site performs. I do not sell personal data, and I do not use advertising trackers. If a client site I build uses analytics, that is disclosed on their site, not mine.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email me and I'll act within 30 days.
Data retention
I keep contact-form enquiries for up to 24 months unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Client project data is retained for as long as there is an active contract, plus six years for accounting.
